You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs on your account prior to you notifying us of any unauthorised access. 639jl club will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to security concerns, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use where the player has not taken adequate steps to protect their credentials.
639jl club implements industry-standard security measures to protect account data, but no system is entirely immune to risk. Players are strongly encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to review their account activity regularly through the account dashboard.
Section 4
User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered player on 639jl club, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that is illegal under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software or bots, or engage in collusion with other players will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
You agree not to engage in any behaviour that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or interferes with other players' experience. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems, transmitting malicious code, scraping data from the platform, or engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable load on our technical infrastructure. 639jl club reserves the right to monitor platform usage and take action against accounts engaging in prohibited activities.
Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game they participate in before placing bets or wagers. 639jl club provides game information and rules within each game category, and it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these before committing real PHP funds. Decisions made during gameplay are final once confirmed, and 639jl club is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
You also agree not to use the platform in a manner that infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights. Violations of these obligations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
Section 5
Payments and Transactions in PHP
All financial transactions on 639jl club, including deposits, withdrawals, and account balances, are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the platform. 639jl club does not charge hidden fees on deposits, but processing times and applicable charges from third-party payment providers are outside our control.
Deposits made to your 639jl club account are intended for use on the platform only. Funds deposited may not be transferred to another player's account and are non-transferable outside of the platform except through the standard withdrawal process. 639jl club reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering requirements and to confirm account ownership.

Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 639jl club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of gaming funds due to technical errors, interrupted connectivity, or force majeure events.
639jl club is not responsible for the conduct or accuracy of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other external services that form part of the platform experience. In the event of a genuine platform error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payment, 639jl club reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore account balances to their pre-error state. Players will be notified of any such correction.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 639jl club platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, written content, icons, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 639jl club or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
Unauthorised use of 639jl club intellectual property — including copying the platform design, scraping content, or reproducing game assets — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any feedback or suggestions you provide to 639jl club may be used by us to improve the platform without any obligation to compensate you.
Section 7
Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
639jl club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, underage gaming, fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of prohibited software, or abusive behaviour toward platform staff.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that has been legitimately deposited and is not subject to dispute will be refunded via the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity that have not met applicable wagering conditions will be forfeited at the time of account closure.
Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of the 639jl club platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
